Meet Kate Killion Daniele, PhD, MPH, RDN

Your nutritionist from Killion Family Nutrition smiles in front of trees.

Hi! I'm Kate.

I believe that eating well shouldn’t feel overwhelming— for anyone. As a neurodiversity-affirming registered dietitian, I'm here to support you in finding a way of eating that works for you.

Maybe you're struggling to plan, shop for, and prepare meals that your whole family accepts. Or, you might have a hard time finding foods that taste and feel good. You might even be managing chronic illnesses that are both emotionally and physically overwhelming. No matter what brings you here, you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

Together, we’ll create personalized, realistic nutrition goals that support your health and fit seamlessly into your life. I utilize my doctoral training in nutrition and behavior change to provide trustworthy nutrition guidance in a way that works for your unique needs—without stress, guilt, or complicated rules.

Whether you're looking to manage a chronic condition, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel more confident in your choices, I’m here to help you build a sustainable approach that works for you.
